( The First Period )
一、教學(xué)內(nèi)容
1.Words and phrases:take,subway,walk,train,by,minute,walk to school,take the bus forty fifty sixty seventy eighty ninety hundred
2. New patterns:How do you get to school ?
I walk to school/take a bus/ride a bike...
How long does it take?It takes about 25 minutes...
這是本單元的第一課時(shí),主要學(xué)習(xí)和談?wù)摻煌ǚ绞郊斑_(dá)到目的地所花費(fèi)的時(shí)間,為激發(fā)學(xué)生對本單元的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,以真實(shí)的生活情景,結(jié)合圖片給學(xué)生以直觀的印象,為學(xué)生提供語言材料,為更好的開展各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)提供足夠的語言材料。第一課時(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)以重點(diǎn)詞語和句型為主,它將為接下去的課時(shí)開展更深入、全面的語言綜合運(yùn)用活動(dòng)和知識(shí)拓展,做好鋪墊。也為學(xué)生今后生活中用英語進(jìn)行日常交通活動(dòng)打下基礎(chǔ)。
三、教學(xué)目的和要求
1.了解交通工具的詞匯及交通方式的英語表達(dá)法。
2. 學(xué)習(xí)英語數(shù)詞及相關(guān)段時(shí)間的表達(dá)法
3.掌握詞匯和短語及相關(guān)的用法,學(xué)會(huì)詢問他人的交通方式,并能進(jìn)行流利的口語表達(dá)。
四、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)
1.引導(dǎo)學(xué)生能口、筆頭熟練地運(yùn)用新詞匯、短語和句型并進(jìn)行詢問他人和表達(dá)自己的交通方式及所發(fā)費(fèi)的時(shí)間。
2.引導(dǎo)學(xué)生正確而熟練運(yùn)用句型:How do you/does he go to school?How long does it take?等對交通方式進(jìn)行問答。
3.能通過聽,說,讀等各項(xiàng)課堂活動(dòng),提高學(xué)生的聽,寫,記的能力,尤其是聽力能力的提高。
4.讓學(xué)生能有效在課堂中掌握如此大量的單詞。
5.能運(yùn)用所學(xué)的語言知識(shí)進(jìn)行語言的運(yùn)用。

Step 1 Warming up
1. Enjoy an English song. 《Ten Little Indians》
Count the numbers (1~100).
2. Show the words: forty fifty sixty seventy eighty ninety hundred by showing the interesting cards
3. Ask them to learn and remember by heart, then get to say and spell them one by one.
Step 2 lead in
1.通過談?wù)撏獬龌顒?dòng)來引出不同的交通工具的單詞和詞組:
T:Where did you go on vacation?
S:I went to...
T:How did you get there?
What other transportation do people use?
The transportations:(圖片展示)
ride a bike /take a car /take a subway /walk /take the train
take the bus /take the plane / take the ship
2 Guessing game: (進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)交通工具)
T:What kind of transportation is it?
S1:It goes in the water.
―A ferry. (Bb)―― 展示圖片
―It is like a bike but goes much faster.
―A motorbike.
―It is like a train but goes under the ground.
―A subway. (Bb)
―It takes you about three hours to go to Beijing from Shenzhen by it.
―A plane. (Bb)
設(shè)計(jì)意圖:通過有趣的猜詞活動(dòng),讓學(xué)生在熱鬧的課堂氣氛中學(xué)會(huì)并掌握新詞。
Step 3 Game
Show the pictures of film or sing stars and get to guess how they get to work.
T: How does Yaoming / Liuyifei / Zhoujielun...get to work?
S1: Yaoming rides the bike to work every day.
S2: He goes to work by bike.
S3: Liuyifei takes the car to get to work .
S4: Liuyifei gets to work by car.
T: How did Yangliwei get to the space?
S: He took a spaceship to the space.
設(shè)計(jì)意圖:通過給學(xué)生展示喜聞樂見的明星圖片,激發(fā)學(xué)生猜的興趣,從而無形的讓學(xué)生將所學(xué)的知識(shí)脫口而出,不但操練了句型和詞匯,也增加學(xué)生的語言熟練程度,同時(shí)濃厚了課堂的氣氛。
Step 4 Practice
1.Get to ask and answer in pairs by using the pictures below
How do people go to work ? (圖片展示)

2 .Listen and mark of
Step 5 Presentation
1.Listen and write the number of 1b in the book,get to say the answers
2. Teach and learn the numbers:
Read and repeat then write the number next to the words
3.Present:How long does it take you to walk to school? It takes 10 minutes.
4.Ask to learn the sentences and the words by heart
Step 6 Practise
S1: How do you go to school ? How does it take?
S2:I ride the bicycle. It takes me about 10 minutes
S3:I walk to school. It takes me 20 minutes to walk to school.
S4:I take the car.. It takes me about 5 minutes.
5. Get to ask and answer just like 2d in pairs
How does ... get to...?
He/She takes ...to school.
How long does it take ?
It takes...
6. Get to guess:
How do I get to school every day ? How long does it take?
S1: Do you walk to school?
T: No.
S2: Do you get to school by bike ?
T: No
S3: Do you get to school by bus? ...
(After several guessing)
say: Yes.I often take the bus and but sometimes I take the tricycle.
7. Get to guess about their other teachers (Chinese teacher\ Maths teacher...)
8. Ask them to give a report about the teachers.

六、教學(xué)反思
本節(jié)課詞匯較多,但由于詞匯均涉及學(xué)生的生活實(shí)際,而且在課堂中,我采用圖文并貌,突出真實(shí)性,同時(shí),我在教學(xué)中采用了任務(wù)型教學(xué),設(shè)計(jì)了有層次和一定剃度且有啟發(fā)性的問題,讓他們在富有情趣的交際中愉快地主動(dòng)地接受信息、加工信息、交流信息。而且和諧、融洽的課堂氣氛,有利于激發(fā)他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,在有興趣的前提下是他們的想象力得到了充分發(fā)揮,他們把學(xué)習(xí)變成了自己主動(dòng)、渴望的一種行為。因此本課的教學(xué)目標(biāo)在愉悅的課堂氣氛中得到落實(shí)和鞏固。
