放得下,才能拿得起
①后漢時(shí),有一個(gè)叫孟敏的人。一天,他扛著瓦罐去集市,一不小心,瓦罐摔落在地,他頭也沒回,徑直向前走去,旁觀者無不奇怪。有人問他為什么不回頭看看,孟敏說:“瓦罐從肩上掉下去肯定會(huì)摔碎,我看它又有何用。我前面還有更重要的事要做!边@個(gè)故事告訴我們:“放下”,是為了更好地“拿起”。
②前幾天去醫(yī)院看望一位生病的朋友,我讓護(hù)士拿一支體溫計(jì)來。護(hù)士答應(yīng)后十多分鐘卻還不見身影,我不免有些生氣,就按了床頭的鈴。護(hù)士來了。見其空著手,我更加惱火,就大聲地呵斥護(hù)士。而朋友卻始終哼著小曲,一副滿不在意的樣子說:“為了這樣的小事生氣,你的生活還會(huì)快樂嗎?你管不住別人的錯(cuò)誤,但是你管得住自己是否快樂。”我很佩服他這種心態(tài)。[甲]生活中,我們常常因?yàn)閯e人無意中的一個(gè)小錯(cuò)而大動(dòng)肝火,不僅破壞了與他人的關(guān)系。也讓自己陷入不快樂的境地。所以說放下別人的過錯(cuò),有利于自己保持快樂。
③工作中,人們經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)分歧,我覺得放下一時(shí)的分歧,有利于獲得最終的雙贏。一次,在福特公司技術(shù)研究所內(nèi)部,大家因汽車內(nèi)燃機(jī)是采用“水冷”還是“氣冷”而產(chǎn)生了分歧!皻饫洹钡闹С终吒L,與支持“水冷”的幾位主要技術(shù)人員發(fā)生了激烈的爭(zhēng)論。矛盾越來越深,幾名主要技術(shù)人員甚至打算退出福特公司。后來,在副總經(jīng)理的提醒下,福特認(rèn)識(shí)到“水冷”的優(yōu)勢(shì),也意識(shí)到[乙]于是同意他們搞“水冷”引擎的設(shè)想。最終幾名技術(shù)人員開發(fā)出了更適合市場(chǎng)需求的產(chǎn)品,使公司產(chǎn)品銷量大增,他們也因此成為了業(yè)界的佼佼者。

才換來了朝臣一心、君臣和睦地致力于國事,最終成就了國家的安定與富強(qiáng)。
