Any time of the day you can devote to exercising is a good time for getting active, but if you want to make a healthy fitness plan, it may be helpful to keep several points in mind and find out the best time to exercise.
First, try to know what kind of person you are. Especially, are you an early bird who always wakes up early in the morning, or a night owl(貓頭鷹)who almost never goes to bed before midnight? Once you are generally aware of what your sleep characteristics are,you will understand better when your body needs exercise, either early in the morning, sometime during the day, or later on in the evening.
Second, consider your daily plan. When do you seem to be most busy, and when do you plan your most important tasks? Try to fit in your exercise before or at least around these events if possible, so that you can keep exercising and your life won't be affected(影響)as well.
Third, think about when you feel you have the most energy. For most people, that time is usually in the morning after a good night's rest, or after a long day of work. After a busy or much stressful day, exercising can reduce your working stress from hard work.
Lastly, find out the place you plan to do exercise. Your house provides exercise at any time if you own fitness equipment(設(shè)備),but if there is a gym(健身房)down the street or along the way home from work, it will make it more suitable for you to exercise.
More importantly, you need to make a plan and try sticking to it for one week. If you do so and can get through the exercise without being pulled in another direction, make it a habit. And once you have set up your fitness plan, don't make any great changes to it unless your doctor allows you to.

【題目】閱讀理解
Taiwan is famous for its food. To many of us, it is like heaven for foodies (吃貨). Whether you go to restaurants or night markets, there will always be delicious food. The following are four classic Taiwan dishes.

Oyster omelet(蚵仔煎;牡蠣煎)
It seems like it would be easy to make an omelet. But the special ingredients (成分) are what make the oyster omelet unique (獨特的). They include oysters, bean sprouts (豆芽) and sweet potato starch (薯粉). What makes a good oyster omelet? People from Taiwan have their own secret — The bigger the oysters, the better.

Coffin (棺材) bread
The name may sound scary but the food is just the opposite. People cut the toast (吐司面包) into the shape of a box and make a lid (蓋) with the rest. The lid makes it look like a coffin. In the “coffin”, there is a seafood soup with pork, mushrooms, peas and carrots. Just break off bits of the bread walls as you eat your way through the soup.

Drunken Chicken
Drunken Chicken dishes in Taiwan are usually cooked with Shaoxing wine. Some restaurants even serve these dishes with lots of herbs and vegetables. If you like eating meat but don't want to put on weight, you could try this instead of fried and oily street food.

Beef noodles
This simple dish means a lot to the city of Taipei. They even have a festival for it every year. Put hand-pulled noodles in a spicy (辣的) soup, top it with beef, vegetables, and pickled greens (腌菜), and a bowl of tasty beef noodles is finished. Most places don't make the soup too spicy because Taiwanese are not traditionally used to be heat.

A.Two
B.Three
C.Four
D.Five
(2)The ingredients in oyster omelet don't include________.
A.oysters

【題目】閱讀下面四篇短文,從每題所給的A、B、C、D四個選項中選出最佳選項。

Few of us have heard of Nils Bohlin, but whenever we take a car journey his invention makes us safer. Found in almost every modern car, the three-point seat belt reduces our chances of death or injury by at least 50% . While feeling thankful to this engineer from Volvo, you may also wonder how he came up with such a great idea.
Having worked as a plane designer before, Nils knew clearly that the pilots were willing to put on anything to keep them safe in an accident, but to his surprise, most people in the cars just didn't want to be uncomfortable for even a minute. To improve the safety for people in the cars, he decided to find a perfect system which should be simple, effective and convenient. In the end, he invented the three-point seat belt, which has been considered as one of the greatest inventions in history.
Seat belts prevent people in the cars from serious injury in five ways.
Keep people inside. People who are thrown out from a car are four times more likely to be killed than those who stay inside.
Protect the strongest parts of the body. Seat belts are designed to fix your body at its strongest parts. For an older child and adult, these parts are the hips* and shoulders.
Spread out the force* in an accident. Seat belts spread the force of the accident over a wide area of the body. By putting less stress on one area, they can help you avoid serious injury.
Help the body to slow down, A quick speed causes injury. With the help of the seat belts, your body can have more time to slow down in an accident.[
Protect your brain and spinal cord*. These two key parts injuries may be hard to see immediately, but they can cause death. Therefore, it's of great importance to protect these parts.
It takes only a few seconds to buckle* up once you get in the car, but this simple action could save your life. Why wouldn't you?
