【題目】閱讀理解
China is a country with many colorful days and festivals. The Dragon Head Raising Day (Longtaitou) is one of them.
This special day is on the second day of the second month in the Chinese lunar calendar (陰歷). It stands for the start of spring and farming. This year, the day fell on March 10.
The dragon is important in Chinese culture. We Chinese people call ourselves the “descendants(傳人) of the dragon”. Therefore, people celebrate the Dragon Head Raising Day with many customs(傳統(tǒng)) about dragons.
On the day in ancient times(古代), people put ashes (灰) in the kitchen. This was to “l(fā)ead the dragon into the house”. People believed that with the help of the dragon, they could have a good harvest (收成) in autumn.
Also, people eat special foods on that day. The foods are usually named after dragons. For example, people eat “dragon whisker (細(xì)須)” noodles and dumplings called “dragon teeth”.
Today, many customs have faded away (消退). But one that has remained is the cutting of hair. It was said that a haircut during the first lunar month may bring bad luck to the mother's brothers. So many people have their hair cut on the Dragon Head Raising Day.

【題目】閱讀下列短文,從每題所給的四個(gè)選項(xiàng) A、B、C、D中選出最佳選項(xiàng)。C
We all know that exercise is good for your health. But some kinds of exercise may be better than others. Running, for example, may help to protect against heart disease and other health problems. Running may also help you live longer.
Recently, researchers studied more than 55,000 adults. About a quarter of the adults have a good habit of running. The study found these runners were much healthier than non-runners. In fact, the runners lived, on average(平均), three years longer than the non-runners.
Running may be good exercise, but it can be difficult on the body. Here are commonly shared ideas among fitness experts(健身專家) to lower the risk of injury(受傷) for people who are new to running.
⊙Take it easy.
Do not run too much, too soon or too fast. Most people get running injuries when they push themselves too hard. The body needs time to get used to increases in distance(里程) or speed.
⊙ Get good running shoes.
There is no single best shoe for every runner. You should find the shoe that offers the best fit and support for your feet. More importantly, you should have a new pair of shoes every 500 to 800 kilometers.
⊙Take good notes.
Take time after each run to write down notes about what you did and how you felt. Look for things that happen again and again. For example, you may find that your knees hurt when you run sometimes. But perhaps you feel great when you have a rest between running days. These notes will help you make the best plan for running.
(1)The writer wants to tell us in the first paragraph ____________.
A.good health comes from running
B.running is the best exercise
C.health problem can be solved by good exercise
D.not all exercise is equally(同樣的) good
(2)In the second paragraph, we know ____________.
A.three quarters of 55,000 adults were new to running
B.the number of non-runners was getting smaller
C.a good habit of running may help you live longer
D.the hope to live three years longer drives people to exercise
(3)You take notes in order to ____________.
A.remind you of where to have new shoes
B.help you find the way of running that fits you
C.take a rest between running days
D.help you do some research on exercise
(4)The purpose of the passage is to ____________.
A.provide information for the researchers to work better
B.warn the non-runners of the dangers in running
C.help runners to exercise in a scientific way
D.encourage as many people as possible to join in running

B. Review the day.
C. Imagine a quiet place.
D. Exercise every day.
E. Stop doing other things.
F. Choose proper food.
If you have difficulty sleeping at night, it's time for you to take it seriously. According to Medicine Net, bad sleeping can lead to plenty of problems such as poor concentration and mood changes. Luckily, there are some tips that can help you fall asleep quickly ad may also improve the quality (質(zhì)量)of your sleep.
① Daily exercise will reduce your stress and help you fall into a deep sleep. Consider doing exercise such as walking, swimming or bicycling between 5:00 pm to 7:00pm, as your body is at its finest physical condition. Then you can get a good quality of sleep at night.
② Eat food that is helpful to your sleep. Take healthy food in your food list, such as milk, cheese, bananas, eggs and honey. Have a light dinner and don't eat high-fat foods, as these foods take longer to digest(消化). Keep away from chocolate and high-sugar foods before bedtime. Drink plenty of water all through the day. But remember to stop doing so by 8:00pm, or you prevent yourself from enjoying a good sleep by visiting the bathroom from time to time.
③ Prepare yourself for sleep and avoid eating , watching TV or doing homework in your bed. Your body will learn that when you are on your bed, it's time to fall asleep. Doing other things on your bed will make it harder to fall asleep when you finish them all.
④ If you can't fall asleep for hours in bed, then try to review what you did during the day .Try to catch as much detail(細(xì)節(jié)) as possible. But don't think too much about anything that you worried about, since that can make falling asleep more difficult. If you finish reviewing the day, but still can't fall asleep, then go back to yesterday and even the day before yesterday. Reviewing the day can make you calm.
⑤ If you are having trouble clearing your mind , think of a relaxing and peaceful scene. For example, imagine that you're lying on the beach under the warm and pleasant sunshine, watching the waves(海浪) breaking on the rocks again and again . And it would be better if you can do deep breathing exercises while you do this.
