A student was so excited to be accepted by a university this year that he rode a bike for more than 43,000 kilometers across the country to his university in 22 days.
Lin Jinmin, who lives in Pingnan County, Guiyang, received an admission letter(錄取通知書) from Qiqihar
Medical University in Northest China’s Heilongjiang Province on July 23.
Lin said that it was a very important thing for him, and he thought that riding his bike would be a special way to get there. “I wanted to be brave and learn to solve difficult problems by myself,” he said. “It really changed me. I told myself I couldn’t give up during the riding journey.”
