1．Microsoft founder Bill Gates has talked about to be a good parent，saying that 13is a right age for a child's first mobile phone．The 57-year-old father of three said on the Today show that his children Jennifer and Rory were not allowed phones until their thirteen birthday and his youngest daughter Phoebe is still waiting for one．
