Sydney Symphony Orchestra Concert

Location: Sydney Opera House. Australia’s most famous orchestra is best known for its performances of classical French and German music. But in tonight’s concert, the world-famous Chinese pianist Lang Lang is the special guest artist and will perform a series of classic Chinese compositions including Yellow River.

Time: 8.30pm –11.30pm

Cost: $175 adults; $90 students and children

Moonlight Cinema

Location: Centennial Park. Sit on the grass and enjoy the latest movies or classics from the past under the stars at Australia’s best and largest outdoor cinema. Tonight features the wonderful Australian film Red Dog. Besides the movie, there will be a display of classic Australian film posters.

Time: 8pm – 10.30pm

Cost: $19 adults; $14 children and students

October 28, 2017 is an unforgettable day for I took part in the Jingzhou International Marathon! It was the first time that Jingzhou had hosted such international sports event and there were nearly 10,000 runners joined in it. That morning, at the moment I reached the starting place—Guan Gong Yiyuan, I found it crowded with a sea of people, exciting and cheerful. It surprised me most was a 70-year-old runner beside me, which had gone in for 92 competitions after his retirement! Hearing the sound of the starting gun, I dashed out like an arrow. But with the race going on, I felt my legs as heavily as blocks of stone. I was about to give up while the old man cheered me up. Because I was very tired, with his encouragement, I finished my first mini Marathon.

Today is Sunday. The sky is full of sunshine, so does my life. At about 9:00 a.m.，I go to the bookstore with my friends, there was a lot of new books，I didn't know which one to buy，because these books were all use to me. At last, I chose two. At 10:00，we went to the cinema, the film calling Titanic was very popular. It took us about 3 hours to see. Having seen the film, and everyone was deeply moved. Some friends even burst out tears.
