Conflicts are an unavoidable part of any organization. How they’re handled is an indicator of the common organizational culture. Therefore, when conflicts do arise, the management must settle them quickly and peacefully. More importantly, a transparent and fair conflict resolution mechanism(解決機(jī)制) should be created. If employees feel they’re all being treated equally, they’re more likely to accept their mistakes and the judgment of the management at the end of the conflict resolution exercises.
