I am Li Hua, a regular customer in your restaurant. I feel bad to write to you at this moment but I am afraid that I have to make a complaint about the awful experience with your waiter.

The reason for my dissatisfaction is that your waiter’s poor service and bad attitude. Last Saturday, when having beef noodles, I suddenlyfound two flies floating in the bowl, which disgusted me a lot . So I asked the waiter to change another dish. Instead of doing so, he just said in a rude manner that he was too busy to solve the problem. There is no doubt that such a way of treating customers is unacceptable.
