I am Ii Hua, a Senior 3 student. Lately, I’ve been busy preparing for my College Entrance Exam, but unluckily I find it quite hard to be concentrated. So I’m writing to you for guidance.

I’m faced with some problems which trouble me a lot. First, I have to spend so much time on my homework that I hardly have time to take sports. Moreover, the high expectation from the teachers and my parents makes me extremely stressful because I don’t want to let them down, What troubles me most is that it’s difficult for me to enjoy a sound sleep every night.
