【1】固定句式：This is the first time that　主語＋現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)態(tài)＋―――；This ｗａs the first time that　主語＋過去完成時(shí)態(tài)＋―――。根據(jù)句意可知把is/was or ｈad/have。
