Aims
The Friends organization aims are to help protect and improve the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park for all to enjoy．We are a voluntary organization and registered charity without financial links to the National Park Authority．
Activities
We encourage everyone to enjoy the National Park through regular talks and visits to interesting places in the Park with expert guides．
We keep an eye on planning applications，Park Authority policies and threats to the National Park such as massive leisure complexes．We work with likeminded organizations such as the Campaign for National Parks to make our voice more effective．We help children to understand the National Park by sponsoring publications such as an adventure booklet and projects in local schools．

3．How to Improve Eyesight Naturally
Eyes are important for everybody．You must take care and try everything in your hand to keep them in good condition．Here are some of the tips to improve your eyesight naturally．
（56）AStrain is known to be a factor in many health conditions and eyestrain（眼疲勞） is no exception．Try meditation，yoga or other methods of stress relief to improve your vision and overall health．
Sit upright in a comfortable chair．（57）F Cup your hands so that there is no pressure on your eyes．Let your fingers rest across your forehead．There should be no light entering your eyes．Palming（手掌按摩）should be done for a period of 5to 10minutes to start．Palming should be relaxing．It may help to do palming in a darkened room．

Sandy Lucas brought her 7-year-old black German shepherd，Raina，to the bloodmobile last week when it parked at a mall in Harleysville，Pennsylvania．The resident said she wouldn't have braved highway traffic and city parking problems to take the dog to Penn Vet's Animal Hospital in downtown Philadelphia，which is too far from her home．But the bloodmobile made it convenient to find out if Raina could donate．"I was very，very thrilled when I knew she had the right blood that was needed to help another dog out，"said Sandy Lucas．"We'll definitely do it again．"

18．Rules for the University Entrance Examination
