Nowadays, many teenagers spend too many time on computers. The number of students who come to school in the morning are already completely exhausting. The cause of this is staying late at night playing computer games and chat with their friends online. Most of them don’t realize just how damaging to their healthy this is, let alone the effect it has on their grades. I recently read an article about the damage that playing computer games are doing to kids. The article claimed for that lots of the games kids play are extremely harmful. Irvine public tours
Leaving the Linthouse three times a day and lasting about 75 minutes, you will visit the 1920s Tenement Flat and take a step back in time in a typical (典型的) shipyard worker's home. Then, weather permitting, you can experience life at sea onboard MV Kyles, the oldest Clyde-built boat still in service in the UK.
Getting here:
By rail: five minutes’ walk from Irvine Railway Station
By road: From the A77, take the A71 and follow the brown signs to the Harbourside and the Maritime Museum. (FREE PARKING)
By bus: No 11 from Ardrossan, Saltcoats, Stevenson, Kilwinning, Irvine and Kilmarnock;
No 585 from Ayr, Irvine and Greenock;
X34 from Irvine, Beith and Glasgow;
14A Service from Troon all have convenient bus stops nearby.
By sea: We have our own spot in Irvine harbour that visitors can use. Pre-booking is needed by emailing visitorservices@scotmaritime.org.uk.
By bike: We have cycle spaces within our boat shop. We are located on Route 7 of the National Cycle Network.
Opening times and admission:
Open daily: 10 am – 5 pm Monday to Sunday
Adults: £7.50 (age 17+)
Concessions (優(yōu)惠): £5.50 (Visitors aged 60+, registered disabled (已注冊(cè)的殘疾人士), or full time students aged 17+)
Children: Three go FREE (age 16 and under) with any paying adult or concession

Last Friday I saw the worst weather in years. In the morning, the sun was completely blocked so that I could see something clearly. I stayed at home, look outside. That came into sight was a flash of lightning. Seconds later, the noise of thunder broke the silent. Then a strong wind starts to blow into my room. Pieces of paper on my desk was blown high into the air and some flew out the open window. Then I closed the window when it rained hard and near broke my window.
What a bad weather! I hate it so I can’t go out to play.

Today I visited an experienced English teacher, who used to be mom’s teacher. Both mom and I were eager to get some advice to improve her English. He welcomed us warm and began testing my English knowledge, asking me to read the texts and spelling some words. I did well as I had interested in English since childhoo. He was pleased with my performance but gave me valuable suggest: preview and review.
Then he goes through my English papers, only to find my bad handwriting, which needed being improving badly. Under his guidance, I practiced writing letters, words, sentences and a whole text.
I was surprised at what beautifully I wrote! What the wonder!

I hardly remember my grandmother. She used to holding me on her knees and sing old songs. I was only four when she passes away. She is just a distant memory for me now.
I remember my grandfather very much. He was tall, with broad shoulder and a beard that turned from black toward gray over the years. He had a deep voice, which set himself apart from others in our small town, he was strong and powerful. In a fact, he even scared my classmates away during they came over to play or do homework with me. However, he was the gentlest man I have never known.

As a small children in primary school, I enjoyed sport very much. I could play freely. Move on to high school marked a big change in this respect. I was no longer encouraging to play with friends at a break. Instead, I sat and chatted, or if I particular wanted to learn I studied. As a teenager, I became more aware about what other people thought of me or how I looked. Sport became something I have to do to stay healthy and pass my PE test. The fun element had taken away from it. Last year, I practiced yoga, that has helped me change my attitude towards sport.

Though many people hate it, but cigarette smoking remains a common habit. About 20 percent of adult men in the USA smoke cigarettes regular. In spite of this, a number of individuals who have given up smoking is increased.
There are many factors that determines a person’s smoking habit, included income, education, and occupation. People who live in city smoke more than those who live on farms. Well-educated men with high incomes are less likely smoke cigarettes than men with fewer years of schooling and lower incomes. In the other hand, if a well-educated man with a high income does smoke, who tends to smoke more cigarettes per day.
