When we got back in our raft, we had only two paddles for four people. We all knew it was going to take long to get to the end. At that point, no one really cared if we had to do anything after we got out of the water. We finally got to the ending point, wet and cold.

To this day, I have never felt so cold in my life. I have not been rafting again. All of this happened because my dad did not hire a guide.
