Maria was afraid that she was going to have to deliver a bad news to her friend Freddy. She was upsetting about the news herself. In the spring, Maria’s mother had said Maria might be allowed bring a friend along on the family two-week vacation at the beach. Since then, Maria and Freddy had been doing nothing and planning all the thing they would do together. By the time August had arrived, Maria’s mother had total forgotten her promise. It is special pleasure to welcome our new staff member, Mr Tony White, who has come here to America.
Mr White has recently graduated from the University of Chicago where he has majored in English Literature and minored in Teaching English as the Second Language. He will working with us here for at least two years.
One of the goals of our school are to promote understanding and cooperation between the young people of our two countries. By have Mr White, who is willing to sacrifice the comfort of his friends and family to come to a strange country, we feel we are very lucky and our goals will be easily realized.

They also believe that students graduate from leading universities are often more likely to find good jobs. In my opinion , a best choice is to choose a good major at a good university. As is known, that it is interesting to teach children to swim while they are still babies. Most large town in Florida and California have already run particularly lessons for babies. The idea has quickly spread to Europe which, in several countries, special courses were now offered to children who are from 7 to 24 months old. The first step is to have child get rid of the fear with water. Next, he is teaching to float in water. Once he can do that naturally and can swim with fear, the child can master the technique and push him forward through water.

My swimming experience is extreme interesting. There was a time when I swim like a rock. This went on till one day when I was fishing with a friend of mine at nearby pond. I slipped into one. Had my friend not come to my rescue, I would have been drowned. Ever since then, I had come to know the importance of learning to swim. I didn’t attend at any training class but learned it all by myself. Strange to say, I have no difficult swimming at all now. Though the way I swim look awkward, at least it can keep me from floating. Thinking of this, I feel quite satisfying.
