What is a smart city?

A smart city is a city area and people there can use the latest technology to collect information and manage resources. People live a quality life. The environment there is clean and sustainable (可持續(xù)的).

Gates bought 25,000 acres (英畝) of land near Phoenix two years ago. He planned to build a smart city with the latest technology, high-speed Internet, and large data centers. The city is named Belmont. It will become one of Arizona’s largest cities.

Black Bears

Black bears are the most common of the three. They live in forests in many different parts of the country. Even though they are known as black bears, they are not always black.
