             教育創(chuàng)新的關鍵是教師

摘　　要:

   教育教學改革是一項復雜的龐大的系統(tǒng)工程，牽涉到社會的方方面面，有其深刻的歷史背景和社會背景。本文從教育創(chuàng)新的角度，論述作為教育的直接執(zhí)行者――教師所起到的關鍵作用。創(chuàng)新教育是一種高層次的素質(zhì)教育活動，它要求有高素質(zhì)的教師隊伍。而長期以來的歷史、文化、社會背景，都有意無意地深刻地影響著教師的教學態(tài)度和行為，乃至于教育觀念。我國的教育由于長期受傳統(tǒng)教育思想的束縛，在很多方面出現(xiàn)了不適應現(xiàn)代社會發(fā)展的弊端，教育的現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀，落后的教育理念，低效的教學行為勢必加重了學生的負擔，學生、家長苦不堪言。因此，教育教學改革勢在必行，教育創(chuàng)新迫在眉捷，而其中教師的關鍵作用不可小視。

二十一世紀是知識經(jīng)濟的時代，而創(chuàng)新是知識經(jīng)濟時代的一個顯著標志，創(chuàng)新是支撐一個民族的脊梁和靈魂。江澤民同志曾指出：“迎接未來科學技術的挑戰(zhàn)，最重要的是堅持創(chuàng)新，勇于創(chuàng)新”�！皠�(chuàng)新是一個民族進步的靈魂，是一個國家興旺發(fā)達的不竭動力�！薄爸�識經(jīng)濟，創(chuàng)新意識，對于我們二十一世紀的發(fā)展至關重要�！�

    對一個國家而言，擁有持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力和大量創(chuàng)新性人才資源，就具備了發(fā)展知識經(jīng)濟的巨大潛能，從而能在日益激烈的國際競爭中立于不敗之地。而要培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新性人才，就必須實施創(chuàng)新教育。學校教育是實施創(chuàng)新教育的主陣地，而學校實施創(chuàng)新教育的關鍵在教師。
